Parisier Carrots are a smaller, rounder variety of French heirloom carrot. It’s a clay carrot which is easy to grow in containers as it grows very shallow in the ground. As Paris is built on clay soil, this carrot variety has adapted to grow in a slightly smaller fashion than your regular carrot.
