James Ay’s Glance represents a feeling of quality in all aspects of life. It is about not wanting to compromise with anything but embracing all the great moments.

Danish designed sunglasses made from 100% biodegradable acetate from Mazzucchelli in Italy. 90% of the material is converted into natural gasses after only 115 days. The remaining share is converted into water and biomass.

The hinges are made from OBE with a special rubber coating, making the friction and longevity perfect. They are made from 60% reused metal chips from old hinges. 

The sun lenses are polyamide (PA) with an anti-reflection coating and a special UV filter with protection up to 400 nm and index 1.5.

James Ay’s glasses case is made from recycled leather, and the cleaning cloth is made from recycled plastic bottles.
