Nile Rugs Homewares Zanjan Persian Rug

This beautiful Zanjan Persian Rug was hand knotted in Zanjan, Iran. Zanjan carpets are renowned for their rich, bright and exotic colours, enough to liven up any room. The foundations of these rugs are either cotton or a cotton/wool mix and pile made of pure wool making them hard wearing carpets. These rugs were produced years ago with love by nomads and are a treasure of the past. These rugs have been professionally washed, cleaned and restored. Due to the vintage/antique nature of these rugs, there may be imperfections and signs of wear which rather enhance the feel and beauty.
