Six Barrel’s ginger ale syrup is made from fresh ginger root for spice and a full gingery flavour, a little black pepper for heat and organic cane sugar for a rich natural sweetness. Try it with a wedge of lime or in gin, rum, vodka or American whiskey drinks. The Cola Six syrup has around 30% less sugar than most alternatives and Six Barrel Soda use FairTrade organic sugar too. This is a soda syrup for making great drinks. It is perfect with SodaStream or your favourite sparking water.

DIRECTIONS | Fill a tall glass with ice, add soda water most of the way, add 33ml of syrup. Stir and garnish with lemon, mint or other fancy things. Refrigerate once open.
